It is the result of a path traveled by educators and businessmen from different sectors, who believe in education and in the formation of integral beings to be able to assume the destiny of Colombia and Latin America. * Job purpose: Create active and engaging educational experiences that foster and enhance students' learning and holistic development. * Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for understanding and applying the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) in the assigned subject(s). Participates in designing and executing area and curriculum plans, integrating national and international models (HighScope, IB) with emotional well-being strategies. Designs and delivers learning experiences that support students' holistic development across cognitive, emotional, communicative, and physical domains, in line with the school’s pedagogical guidelines. Maintains academic records, monitors performance indicators, and communicates effectively with the educational community. Promotes a positive environment through teamwork, respect, and reflection, fostering a strong sense of belonging and commitment. Actively participates in committees, family events, and team meetings. Supports school routines (arrival, meals, transitions, trips) and handles discipline constructively. Collaborates with academic leaders and reports resource needs promptly. Meets schedules responsibly and uses platforms for communication, grading, and student tracking. Refers students to counseling when necessary, ensures their safety and maintains classroom order. Area Leader To accompany, supervise, and monitor the planning, development, and evaluation of learning experiences and classes. Ensures that the area’s curriculum, courses, and projects align with the school’s pedagogical model. Observes and evaluates teachers, offering timely and constructive feedback. Analyzes assessment data to identify improvement areas and builds, follows, and reviews action plans to enhance student learning.
