What You’ll Do for Us: - Oversee detailed, quantitative analysis to generate insights addressing major business challenges. - Collaborate internally and externally with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on enterprise and departmental priorities. - Support the delivery of expectations for identified priorities (Enterprise Strategy, Initiatives, or Learning). - Leverage analysis and insights from PS/OUs/Functions; produce ad-hoc analysis to support rotating priorities. - Assist in developing communication plans to ensure transparent stakeholder engagement during strategic planning. - Help establish a strategic planning process to incorporate input from leadership and stakeholders. - Guide on key elements of the implementation plan, including performance indicators and accountability systems. - Identify opportunities and implement knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Recommend and implement organizational effectiveness improvements through strategic planning. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field. - 3+ years’ experience in Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, or Business Transformation. - Experience working with senior executives on strategy development and implementation for growth and margin improvement. - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills; high integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion. - Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment. - Detail-oriented with problem-solving and process mindset. - Flexible to rotate across priorities, build relationships with key partners, and work closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
