La Coordinación de Compras es responsable de realizar la coordinación general e implementación de rutinas, sistemas y procedimientos de Compras. Este rol debe coordinar la planificación y gestión operativa en las compras, incluida la adhesión total del capítulo de compras del Manual de logística a cada contexto en Colombia, Ecuador y Panamá. Además, la Coordinación de Compras tiene la responsabilidad de actuar como punto focal con la oficina central en la implementación y puesta en marcha del módulo de Compras de UNIT4 y como línea técnica en las rutinas diarias y la configuración del sistema.
