Our client, a telematics solutions company for ground transportation in the United States, has been in the market for over eight years and offers significant growth opportunities. They are committed to facilitating fleet operations and driving innovation in the development of technological solutions for the industry. We are looking for technicians, technologists, and/or professionals in electricity, electronics, and related engineering fields, as well as proactive, organized individuals with knowledge of new technologies and customer service for the position of Technical Support. English level: Minimum B2 or higher (spoken and written) – Mandatory. Responsibilities - Handle customer requests in English and Spanish via phone, email, and WhatsApp to resolve technical issues. - Verify the documentation of product and service installations. - Document and follow up on the information provided by clients regarding their fleets. - Periodically check the proper functioning of the platforms. - Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues related to ELD, HOS, GPS, and DASHCAM services. - Offer support for inquiries regarding the platforms we work with. - Schedule appointments for installers and technicians. - Coordinate installations with clients, ensuring quality work. - Maintain constant communication with clients about the installation process for their fleet. - Support training and education processes for both the team and clients on necessary platforms. - Activate and deactivate accounts and units on GPS platforms. - Review alarm reports from devices and provide timely reports or updates to the client. - Collaborate with different company departments to ensure proper technical implementation. Competencies & Qualifications - Technicians, technologists, or professionals in Systems Engineering, Telematics, Electronics, or related fields. - English level B2 or higher (spoken and written). - Knowledge of video surveillance systems. - OTA configuration, basic Excel skills. - Experience with GPS tracking platforms, HOS, and U.S. regulations (plus). - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Good analytical and communication skills. - Ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
