Qualifications - Advanced English communication skills (C1 level). - Proven experience managing implementation projects, ideally in contact center environments. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication. - PMI certification (e.g., PMP) is required. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management for contact center implementation initiatives. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. - Ensure effective communication across teams and with external partners. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards. - Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery methodologies. Skills - Experience working with global teams and vendors. - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management frameworks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity. - Experience in technology or digital transformation projects.
