The Role - Senior Associate, Software Engineering - Development - Your Role and Responsibilities: - Generate and maintain continuous integration and delivery repositories - Generate and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines - Guarantee the automated infrastructure and provisioning of the platform - Integrate security as code with DevOps - Enable dashboards/reports that are built into the tools or provided by the project - Management of the life cycle of the tools: version management as needed - Recommend changes to maintain agreed levels of performance of DevOps tools - Support and resolve all incidents related to DevOps, updating incident information, tracking incidents until resolution and closure - Integration of tests (test plans) in pipelines of integration and continuous delivery - Generate and maintain artifacts for continuous integration and delivery - Document continuous integration and delivery processes - Define together with the Client and document DevOps metrics such as: delivery times, implementation frequency, change failure rate, average recovery time - Provide support to the client's development team for the integration of observability tools in the code - Provide support to the internal cloud administration team in the management of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools - Make use of good software development practices such as Clean Code, SOLID, TDD (Test Driven Development), Twelve-factor app methodology. - Participate in Agile team ceremonies - Participate in customer management calls - Interface with other teams that will have dependencies on the tools in resolving scope issues About Kyndryl: Kyndryl is a market leader that thinks and acts like a start-up. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise: - Software Engineering- Development- Systems Programming Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise: - 3 to 5 years of specific experience in DevOps management and operation (IaC - C/I - C/D)- Experience in infrastructure as code by terraform- Azure and AWS certifications.
