The role involves working with the Salesforce platform to build custom solutions that meet the unique business needs of an organization. You would work closely with product owners to understand their needs and the technical requirements to enhance overall functionality and support the client efficiently. We offer stability and flexibility to join working groups and challenging projects for our clients, including in the financial sector (public and private, such as banks and insurance companies). Academic/training requirements: Completed university education or equivalent training (baccalaureate or higher) Graduate in Computing, Information Technology, Systems, or related Engineering Secondary vocational training in Software Development At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience Specific knowledge required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, or similar Proficient with SOQL and/or SQL Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs, including integration with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and all SDLC phases Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their processes and needs Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce declarative tools Customize and extend Salesforce with custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules Integrate Salesforce with other systems and data sources Write Apex code for complex business logic and triggers Create user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Components Manage Salesforce data, including migration and validation Implement security controls and manage data access Deploy customizations following best practices Optimize application performance Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Collaboration scheme: Contract types: Direct hire, service, or freelance Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible) Remote: 100% remote for LATAM residents Compensation: Negotiable based on role We value professionals motivated by stability, learning, flexibility, and communication.
