Job Summary Serving as a Senior IT Project Lead, you will oversee and manage complex IT projects from inception to completion or lead efforts on large programs. This hybrid role is based in Bogotá. Key Responsibilities - Support program managers on strategic initiatives by documenting progress, managing financials, and assessing risks. - Collaborate with the Global IT Team and Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures IT Teams. - Lead project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents. - Manage project budgets and resource allocations. - Coordinate system access across teams. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Track project milestones and deliverables. - Provide direction and support to project teams. - Conduct post-project evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, and prepare recommendation reports. Requirements - Bachelor's degree. - Fluency in English. - At least five years of experience in project and program management within IT. - Experience with efficiency improvement processes. - Experience communicating outcomes to Senior IT Leaders. - Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical quality systems; certifications such as PMI, Prince2, or PROSCI are advantageous.
