The Role We're seeking a Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our team. You'll work closely with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver products to our clients, utilizing your expertise to drive business success. Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and project teams. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and organizational strategies. - Analyze data requirements using Workday systems and integration points. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of current and future state processes. - Provide expert-level support to development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role. - 4+ years of experience working with Workday systems and integration points. - Advanced English language skills are required. - Successful completion of a four-year college degree is mandatory. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
