Job Dutiesand Qualifications Under broad direction, directly manages internaland external resources, organizes, and coordinates their associatedactivities for maintaining Halliburton equipment for one or morelocations. Works with peers and subordinates within the location(s)to implement equipment maintenance strategies. Implements plans forefficient use of staff, real estate, and equipment to meet assetavailability and reliability requirements for the relevantProduction Service Lines (PSLs) at the optimum cost. Maintainsdirect accountability for adherence to HMS and the service qualitydelivery of the maintenance product. Actively engaged in andimplements appropriate training, quality, and safety programs. Collaborates with PSLs and other functions to ensure the efficientexchange of information and services. Ensures adherence to, andaccurate maintenance of as well as input of, data intoHalliburton's system of record (SAP) for the responsiblelocation(s). Job role may have budgetary type accountabilities ordirect impact on revenue center's viability or its quality ofservice through its personal contributions. Job role contributesdirectly to internal value creation through cost management. Completion of High School diploma or equivalent is required and anundergraduate degree in STEM is preferred.
