We are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to oversee our billing team. Main Responsibilities - Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure accurate billing services and timely responses to queries. - Process Administration: Maintain seamless billing systems, invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details, and other relevant information. - Performance Enhancement: Regularly meet with direct reports to review performance, provide developmental coaching, and address employee relation issues promptly. - Reporting and Analysis: Develop informative reports and indicators to support management decisions and improve process control. - Knowledge Transfer and Development: Ensure the proper flow of knowledge within the team by maintaining a comprehensive SOP structure and implementing training plans. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase team efficiency and productivity. - Quality Assurance: Verify the quality of processes performed by the billing team according to internal controls and standards, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. About This Role This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related billing experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field, as well as advanced English proficiency. Key Requirements - Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in billing or a related field. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. - Language Skills: Advanced English language skills. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic billing systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to billing and finance. - Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
