As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in managing the materials used by our couriers. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team and take on the challenge of enhancing the delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the department's expenses related to materials, working with logistics and supply providers, processing purchase requests and order controls, monitoring usage and performance indicators of materials used by couriers, analyzing supply coverage, creating SQL queries for data analysis and reporting, developing dashboards and data tables for tracking and presentation, collaborating with local teams, and supporting communication campaigns via in-app notifications and email. Requirements - You must have fluency in Portuguese (BR) and Spanish. - A positive attitude and proactive approach are essential. - Experience in budget control and procurement processes is necessary. - You should be proficient in SQL for data queries and analysis. - Analytical skills and organizational ability are required. - Good communication and collaborative skills across countries are necessary. - Familiarity with communication tools like Braze is a plus.
