Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines for the proposal team. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Facilitate regular meetings and maintain effective communication with various internal stakeholders, including: **Proposal Writers**: Provide direction, guidance, and constructive feedback to proposal writers to ensure content is clear, concise, compelling, and compliant with solicitation requirements. **Graphic Designers**: Work closely with graphic designers to develop impactful visual elements, including diagrams, charts, and infographics, that enhance proposal readability and appeal. **Content Development Oversight**: **Technical Proposals**: Oversee the development of robust and accurate technical proposals, ensuring that proposed transportation solutions are well-articulated, meet client requirements, and highlight competitive advantages unique to DPV Transportation. **Pricing Proposals**: Coordinate with finance and business development teams to manage the development of comprehensive and competitive pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with technical solutions and client budgets. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure proposals are fully compliant with all solicitation requirements, internal standards, and quality guidelines. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the proposal process. **Risk Management**: Proactively identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and successful proposal delivery. **Post-Submission Activities**: Support post-submission activities, including responses to clarifications, best and final offers (BAFOs), and lessons learned sessions. **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates within DPV Transportation. **Qualifications**: **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex proposals. Demonstrated experience managing both private sector (commercial) and public sector (government) transportation-related proposals is essential. Familiarity with government procurement processes (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) is highly preferred. Experience within the transportation, logistics, or related service industries is a significant advantage. **Skills**: Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently under tight deadlines. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in proposal management software (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat). Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex information into clear and persuasive proposal content. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
