The Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation Team is responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D; activities, and solutions, deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable delivery of enterprise objectives. This role will report through the VP, Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation in the Finance organization. The GS HR Transformation Lead, Senior Director is responsible for supporting the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation Office and business leaders in the Global Services, Finance, Technology & Transformation in designing, deploying and executing TSA exit and end state design strategies providing strategic support in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Work Transition, and Location strategy. Scope includes Enterprise A&D; and Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation, all service delivery areas, and operations enablement. As NCHC plans exit and organization stand-up, there will be high complexity and high volume of org design, work transitions and deployments to end state inclusive of regional/local works councils planning and interactions. This role will be managing high complexity across global strategy and regional/local execution in creating strategies for organization, talent and driving cross-functional support for detailed implementation planning including change and communications approach, talent capabilities, HR recruitment/onboarding. **Core Responsibilities include**: - Lead strategic HR support for enterprise and functional transformation projects across CII, A&D;, and Enterprise Transformation Roadmap. Lead cross-functional global and regional teams to drive solutioning and identify and mitigate program key risks. - Establish HR guidance, strategy, and process for supporting organization design and transition planning including but not limited to Works Councils processes, talent strategy/design, talent engagement, TSA exit, and location strategy - Serve as strategic partner to Enteprise-wide Transformation office to develop talent strategy and capabilities for both project and run-state work. Ensure integrated talent approaches across portfolio and business - Own governance and guidance around transformation organization processes including change control and design principles - Leads Enterprise integration across HR global and regional delivery and functional teams from strategy to execution. - Develop strategy for operating model for delivery/support of HR-related services for Transformation to build new service capability - Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiative - Instill cultural discipline to ensure global deployment of core processes and program across region **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - BS in business or related discipline required. MBA or MA in business related discipline preferred. - 12+ years experience required in large scale global complex Transformations and/or A&D; leading HR related workstreams for those programs - Minimum 12 years experience required in HR and HR related functions - Experience in global, regional and country related cultures and labor practices - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing short and long term strategies to drive business outcomes. - Ability to lead teams of SME’s to drive achievement of business deliverables. - Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for business differences. - Expertise in managing, planning and implementing multiple global projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact - Relationship m
