The Senior Cloud Operations Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing Convatec's cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability, security, and performance. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like Terraform. The engineer will also develop and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis, and perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization (FinOps). Collaboration with architecture, development, and PMO teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions will also be a key aspect of this position. Key Requirements: At least 4 years experience with Cloud operations or similar Prove experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (, Cloudwatch, Azure monitor, ElasticSearch, Grafana, NewRelic, DynaTrace, DataDog). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting languages (, Bash, Python, PowerShell). Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
