_*Please submit your CV in English_ **Position: Customer Support** **Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday,8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)** **Salary: $800-$1280/month** **Scope of Work**: - Process Orders in Niko Health (DME Software) - Find eFax - Type in demographics and insurance information - Find the correct inventory in our catalog and schedule a delivery - Bill/Confirm Order - Call Patients for reorders and ask if they need their resupply for the month - If yes, schedule delivery - Any questions from patients can be transferred to our main office. - Call customers to check on refill status - Post checks to update balances - Taking care of re-orders - Monitor daily customer service inquiries and offer top-notch support - Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer’s questions - Escalate queries and concerns, and work with the respective team members to - find appropriate solutions **Tools**: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office **Minimum Requirements**: - At least 3 years of professional experience in the customer service industry - Previous experience doing medical customer service / billing - Knowledge of using any insurance portals - Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with - mínimal supervision - A natural problem solver with high level of attention to detail and accuracy **Preferred/Nice to Have**: - Experience in using EHR systems is a bonus Application Question(s): - Are you familiar with EHR system? - Do you have 3 years of relevant experience in the role? - Do you have experience in medical customer service / billing?
