The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the collections process for arbitration-awarded claims with insurers, initiating and managing follow-ups via phone and email with insurance companies, documenting patterns of abuse or non-payment to build regulatory pressure, collaborating with internal legal and executive teams to drive cases forward, liaising with patients, employers, and other parties involved in the payment process, tracking and reporting progress regularly to senior management, and escalating unresolved disputes through appropriate legal or regulatory channels.
