Overview Mastercard’s Financial Crime Solutions team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Solutions Product Operations to support billing, financial, and KPI tracking operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our customers reduce financial crime, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and detail-oriented. Successful candidates will partner with technical, billing, finance, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Role Report to the VP, AML Solutions Product Manager, and work closely with platform, billing, and finance teams to track successful processes monthly. Prepare monthly files and reports for invoicing processes. Integrate data from multiple sources. Track customer use of AML Solutions and forecast impacts on financial targets. Support program management operations to ensure accurate billing reporting and processing. Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing. Collaborate with billing and finance teams as needed. Identify and support process improvement initiatives. Report on operational KPIs, including financials and product usage. Provide reports with interpretation, trends, and root cause analysis for reviews. All about you We are seeking a proficient, agile individual with an interest in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services. • Experience in the payments ecosystem is advantageous. • Advanced Excel skills are required. • Curiosity, agility, creativity, and teamwork are essential. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of data and data matching across sources. • Proactive problem solver, always seeking process improvements. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and provide recommendations. • Ability to articulate complex topics clearly. • Commitment to continuous learning through available development resources.
