Responsibilities - Gestión, administración y configuración de la solución - Relación con el cliente (contacto con el cliente) - Realizar capacitaciones y talleres para clientes - Ofrecer soluciones a los problemas rutinarios de los clientes - Orientación y soporte al usuario - Compartir información relevante con el líder y los colegas Education / Qualifications - Título en ingeniería, análisis de sistemas o similar. Experiencia - Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un sector relevante o con tecnología similar en un puesto de soporte técnico/consultoría.
