While this role is fully remote for now, there’s a strong chance you’ll be part of that future growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for roles across various regions. Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. Collaborate with international teams across time zones. Keep recruitment data up to date and accurate. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fluent in English , both written and spoken (a must). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with digital recruitment tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
