Responsibilities Collaborate with Customer Network/Business teams to gather analytical requirements and create or update BI reports. Proactively develop new reports based on best practices from other deployments. Present reports to end customers effectively. Perform general services including installing software updates for database servers and solutions. Adhere to customer change management and maintenance window guidelines. Work with the AppLogic Networks team to follow best practices in report development. Manage case resolutions efficiently. Provide consultative support and mentor less experienced team members. Contribute positively to quality reviews for colleagues and peers. Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Proficiency with BI reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Knowledge of database operations and optimization on platforms like Vertica, SQL Server, OracleDB, etc. Experience with query optimization, profiling, and performance monitoring tools. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and business requirements. Strong command of Unix-based operating systems such as Linux and FreeBSD. Solid understanding of networking, especially IP-related technologies. Experience in the Data communication industry with operator networks (Wireline and/or Wireless). Programming or scripting skills in Java, C/C++, Python, Perl, etc. Understanding of web application concepts like P2P, VoIP, WAP, MMS, RTSP. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as Scrum and ITIL. Experience with modern web applications using Ajax and REST APIs is a plus. Work Experience, Education, and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
