Understanding customer needs to support their growth.Assisting the sales leader in achieving the commercial goals set by the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting the sales targets set in the annual budget. Visiting distributors to deliver potential customers or expand the portfolio. Providing samples, conducting product tests with customers, and following up on them. Remaining attentive to competitors' activities. Training and providing technical advice to customers and distributor sales teams. Ensuring healthy competition among distributors, exercising control, and monitoring compliance with the company's established price list. Supporting other areas of the company in culinary events for the Custom Culinary® brand. REQUIREMENTS: A professional in Chef, Gastronomy, or related fields with experience in the food sector or related areas, with training, commercial skills, excellent personal presentation, and ease in building interpersonal relationships.Culinary techniques. Negotiation skills.General knowledge of nutrition.Specific knowledge of the company's product application.Experience: Four years as a Commercial Chef.
