Provision Capital is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth for B2B and B2C clients through digital marketing channels. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies for brands across various industries, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Build and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing. Manage and track campaign performance, analyze data to identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content that drives engagement and conversion. Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and provide thought leadership to the team and clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field. Proven track record of driving growth for B2B and B2C clients through digital marketing channels. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
