Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow inDrive's presence and user base across Central America. Responsibilities: - Managing from concept creation to execution marketing communication plan initiatives: 360 campaigns special projects always on digital campaign Partnerships (from negotiations to project implementation with the partner). - Cross functional teams collaboration (CRM, Marketing comms, creative, PR, content mrkt, media). - Analyzes data and reports on campaigns effectiveness by cities. - Performance channels creatives preparation and analysis. - Market research: Conducting thorough analyses of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role. - Experience in the mobility, tech, or startup industry is a plus. - Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies. - Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM region. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance. - Conversational-advance level of English. - Flexibility to travel if required.
