Each Client Success Coordinator is the main point of contact for a specific set of accounts and works closely with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to delivery. Their job involves gathering materials, building programs in internal systems, and managing ongoing communication, acting as an expert on our processes and capabilities. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales to understand client expectations and manage them throughout the program. Respond promptly to client emails and requests, ensuring quick and easy communication. Establish trusted relationships with clients and promote continued value of our products and services. Create client programs in Salesforce and troubleshoot issues. Respond to feedback and suggest optimizations for campaigns. Conduct regular outreach to review campaign performance and gather feedback. Analyze program data and provide strategic guidance for improvements. Onboard new clients and present Campaign Reviews to discuss business strategies. Develop processes to improve efficiency and solve problems creatively. Requirements: At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in B2B marketing or a client-facing role. Experience with digital communication channels such as Slack, email, and Zoom. Familiarity with maintaining account health insights and keeping CRM systems like Salesforce up-to-date. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and develop detailed campaign summaries. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of reviewing leads for accuracy. Creative problem-solving skills with analytical thinking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies as needed. Working Hours: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm US Central Time. Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 (depending on experience and final offer). Note: We prioritize processing one application at a time.
