Your role at Baxter Support end users of RapidResponse for service requests (parameter updates, data changes, coaching) and incidents (data issues, system bugs, coaching). Coordinate issue resolution with IT and RR developers. Support new developments and system upgrades through functional and regression testing. Monitor system performance, data refreshes, and scenario counts. What you'll be doing Support planners in end-to-end planning activities (demand, distribution, production, inventory, capacity, and material planning). Coordinate and resolve RapidResponse issues (data, defects, training gaps). Assist end users with service requests (parameter changes, site mapping, off-cycle demand adjustments). Maintain the RapidResponse system (parameters, calendars, upgrades). Monitor system performance (data refreshes, automations, parameters). Liaise with IT, developers, process experts, and regional SMEs to resolve issues. Support development, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and process improvements. Train users on new functionalities and enhancements. Assist in deploying RapidResponse to new sites and establishing MRP connections. Promote system adoption through coaching and support. Conduct shadow planning and other activities to ensure effective system use and backup coverage. Participate in projects aimed at transforming Baxter's supply chain systems and processes. What you'll bring University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience with 2-5 years in planning. Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of demand planning and statistical forecasting. Master production planning and line load scheduling, including capacity planning. Material requirements planning expertise. Distribution planning skills. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
