Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between business challenges and technology solutions, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, well documented, and properly implemented. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research. - Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories. - Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, project management, and development to implement solutions. - Conduct gap analysis , impact assessments, and feasibility studies. - Create and maintain documentation including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) , process flows, and SOPs. - Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation reviews. - Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI , or other analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making. - Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel , and BI/reporting tools . - Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
