Now, about the opportunity: In the Intercompany Accounting Analyst position Responsibilities: Verifies and reviews details (both sending and receiving) of intercompany requests received. Determines appropriate Intercompany accounting details (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Objects, Transaction Type, Tax Code, etc.). Records financial transactions between different legal entities within the same parent company. Posts Intercompany journal entries on both sides. Reconciles intercompany balances. Performs currency revaluation for all entities. Communicates with regional team for any reconciling items. Ensures timely expense recognition (on both sides) for year-end Intercompany related accruals. Collaborates with International teams to ensure consistent practical application of accounting policy across the enterprise. Evaluates transactions based on accounting policy. What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years accounting experience preferred. QuickBooks and Netsuite experience preferred. Experience in handling international subsidiaries. Strong Excel skills are a must. Upper English communication skills are a must (both written and spoken). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments.
