About Us Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is a fast-growing subcontracting and staffing company operating across multiple U.S. states. We specialize in deploying high-quality labor for structured cabling, low-voltage, construction, and light industrial projects. As we scale nationally, we’re looking for a bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator who can help ensure we stay compliant and organized across state lines. 💼 Job Summary As our Bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing onboarding processes, researching and organizing compliance requirements by state, and supporting our Spanish-speaking contractors. You’ll work directly with our operations and finance team to maintain smooth workflows and ensure every hire meets legal and regulatory standards. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Research and maintain compliance requirements for labor laws in U.S. states (e.g., posters, classification, OSHA, onboarding forms) Manage onboarding paperwork (W-9, I-9, contractor agreements, per diem forms, insurance docs, etc.) Ensure proper classification of workers (W-2 vs 1099) based on state laws Support Spanish-speaking contractors during onboarding and check-ins Track worker documentation and ensure timely renewals Communicate with payroll and finance teams regarding per diem, hours worked, and compliance issues Assist with maintaining digital records and updating internal compliance databases ✅ Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or compliance (U.S. experience preferred) Familiarity with U.S. employment classifications, onboarding processes, and labor law basics Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, Airtable (preferred but not required) Comfortable working remotely across time zones and handling sensitive documentation Powered by JazzHR
