Job Title: Oracle CPQ Senior Consultant Reports to: President Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. As a CPQ Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering effective Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions using Oracle CPQ Cloud technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions, and contribute to the implementation process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality CPQ projects. Essential Functions: Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their CPQ requirements. Design and configure Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that align with clients' business objectives. Assist in the creation of solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps. Assist in testing cycles, testing scripts, triaging and prioritizing issues with the client. Participate in the implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud projects, providing guidance and support to the team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution and post-implementation. Configure, customize, and integrate Oracle CPQ solutions in alignment with client needs. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights into Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Stay informed about new Oracle CPQ Cloud features and updates, and incorporate them as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure the delivered CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
