All aspects of our relationship, including the decision to hire, promote, discipline and terminate, will be based on merit, competence performance and business needs._ **Job Summary** As a Travel Talent Development Specialist, you will work alongside others in the team on the development, implementation, and evaluation of Travel training and onboarding, in particular the training of Amadeus as well as our in house travel system and other initiatives for service teams. You will work alongside key stakeholders to analyze business needs and ensure programs deliver measurable results for the business. You will deliver scheme training as well and support with any other TD duties as reasonably required. You will work closely with the service delivery team working towards our eNPS and Retention statistics for the LAC market **Main Responsibilities** - Deliver the training for our travel systems, including Amadeus and out in house travel system, TTS - Design, develop, and implement travel training programs that align with Tens goals and individual employee needs. This includes travel onboarding, skill-building, leadership development, and continuous learning initiatives. - Planning, design and delivery of refresher training for our travel systems including Amadeus, based on Member and Lifestyle Manager trends (Service Teams). - Ensure all aspects of blended learning are thought about and utilized where appropriate. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in travel training and learning and development and incorporate innovative approaches into Ten Group strategies. - Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Ensure all e-learning content created is relevant, engaging and delivers results. - Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of travel talent development programs and make adjustments as needed to meet evolving Ten Group needs - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent development travel initiatives and make data-driven improvements. - Deliver on ROI/ROE analysis ensuring it is always completed for any trainings - Collaborate with Travel service managers, tech, HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align travel talent development efforts with the overall strategic objectives of Ten. - Support with induction travel training and onboarding through facilitation of sessions. - Promote a culture of employee engagement by fostering a supportive and motivating work environment. - Communicate regularly with employees to promote awareness of available development opportunities and to gather feedback on programs and initiatives. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline can provide a solid foundation, preferred but not required - Advanced Knowledge of Amadeus or an equivalent GDS required - Proven track record of training on travel systems and processes essential - Knowledge and experience in key L&D; practices is preferred. - Advance english (C1/C2)
