What's the mission you'll drive Acts as the analytical engine of the Lending team, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly optimize our credit strategies, maximize product profitability, and drive sustainable portfolio growth. What you will do Conduct a comprehensive performance analysis of our current underwriting models, identifying segments with under/over-performance by delivering recommendations that lead reduction in default rates for a target customer segment, without significantly harming approval rates. Automate and consolidate key weekly lending performance reports (e.g., originations, portfolio quality, collections) into a single, self-service dashboard Drive improvement in the gross margin of a core lending product by building a dynamic unit economics model and owning its insights to guide successful pricing or fee structure adjustments. Serve as the single point of accountability for the analytical strategy of major new business initiatives. Define the KPIs, own the measurement framework, and deliver the definitive post-launch analysis that dictates future investment and iteration Champion a hypothesis-driven culture by designing and executing a high-impact A/B test that delivers a significant business win. What we're looking for Possesses a clear and compelling track record of End-to-End Ownership Proven experience (2-5+ years) operating in high-velocity environments (like fintech, lending, or consulting) that demonstrates your ability to thrive under pressure and hold direct accountability for commercial results. Has experience in highly analytical roles such as business analysis, data analysis, or strategic finance, preferably within fintech, banking, lending, or credit risk consulting You operate with the mindset of a business owner, taking absolute responsibility for your domain's performance and your projects' outcomes.
