Our services span from exclusive F1 hospitality packages to private aviation and superyacht charters crafted for those who accept nothing but excellence. The Role: We are seeking charismatic, driven, and highly connected Personal Consultants to join our elite sales team. You will be responsible for securing high-value clients and curating bespoke experiences across: Formula 1 hospitality packages (including travel, accommodation & VIP access) Private jet charters Yacht charters (day hire to long-term superyacht rentals) This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who thrive in luxury sales and can engage confidently with affluent clients and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, consult, and close high-value clients across luxury travel and events Build long-term relationships with HNWIs, celebrities, athletes, and corporate clients Curate tailored experiences from enquiry to execution, working with our in-house operations team Stay informed on the latest F1 events, luxury travel trends, and charter opportunities Uphold the standards, ethics, and exclusivity of The Group Royale in every interaction Ideal Candidate: Existing network of HNWIs, VIPs, or corporate decision-makers (preferred) Background in luxury travel, hospitality, events, or concierge services Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own pipeline Poised, discreet, and presentable—able to represent a luxury brand with excellence Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Commission & Benefits: High-tier commission: Earn up to 10% per deal depending on service and volume Performance bonuses and access to exclusive events, brand perks & global travel Opportunity to grow into a leadership or full-time role based on performance Full support from our internal concierge & logistics team to ensure seamless client delivery How to Apply: Submit your CV and a brief pitch outlining why you’re perfect for this role.
