Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including car rentals, flights, and hotel accommodations. - Serve as a point of contact and support for the attorney's clients, ensuring a high level of service and communication. - Prepare for and organize internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are available. - Maintain and manage the attorney's calendar, ensuring all appointments, court dates, and deadlines are up to date. - Monitor and track the attorney's revenue, billing, and case-related financials. - Draft and manage the attorney's daily agenda and ensure priorities are addressed in a timely manner. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Tech-savvy and adaptable to various software applications. - Experience in customer service is a plus. - Availability to work flexible hours with some overlap with US business hours is preferred.
