As a **Helpdesk Technician,**you will **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Triage tickets in the Helpdesk ticketing system; serving as the first point of contact for all IT related inquiries and issues. - Provide support for basic network issues, such as connectivity problems and VPN configuration. - Manage and resolve Tier 1 service requests in a timely manner. - Document incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. - Escalate more advanced or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams. - Assist in setting up new workstations, user accounts, and other software. - Assist in purchasing supporting hardware and peripherals. - Maintain knowledge of internal systems, hardware, and software. - Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues and gather feedback on service satisfaction. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Objective oriented. - Self-motivated. - Problem solver. - Very proactive person. - Good customer service skills. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:A Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration. **Experience**: - 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role. - 1-2 years of experience with remote desktop tools. - 1-2 years of experience with Active Directory and user account management. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Basic knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems. - A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, MCITP, MCTS certified is a plus - **Language**: Excellent English skills.
