"> Responsibilities: "> "> - Gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. "> - Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and optimize Salesforce functionalities. "> - Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives. "> - Act as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solution delivery. "> - Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. "> - Conduct data analysis and assist in data migration strategies. "> - Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment efforts. "> - Stay up to date with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud product updates, best practices, and industry trends. "> - Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight on key projects. "> "> Requirements: "> To succeed in this role, you will need: "> "> - A proven track record as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. "> - A solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities. "> - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. "> - Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration concepts. "> - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. "> - Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
