Barakat + Bossa is seeking a talented Paralegal to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín. This full-time, on-site position offers hands-on experience supporting high-profile litigation cases. You will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team and assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided, no prior U.S. law experience required. We are looking for a licensed attorney in Colombia with English proficiency at C2 level (oral and written), academic record (GPA 4.0 or higher), excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
