The HR Digital Transformation Specialist supports the execution of digital transformation projects across AI, Digital Employee Experience, and Digital Tool Optimization. This role focuses on managing projects, tracking budgets, and ensuring financial oversight. The specialist will work cross-functionally to drive HR Digital & AI Roadmap initiatives, monitor financial performance, and maximize ROI and efficiency gains within HR. This role will be a remote based in Colombia. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Project Management Support: Manage and track key digital transformation projects to ensure alignment with the HR Digital & AI Roadmap Budget & Financial Oversight: Assist in managing CAPEX and transformation budgets, ensuring financial commitments are met ROI & Value Capture Tracking: Support the development of financial tracking mechanisms to measure capacity creation and ROI Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, COEs, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of funded projects Operational Reporting: Prepare status updates, budget tracking reports, and financial impact assessments to guide decision-making Process Optimization: Identify and support efficiency improvements across digital and AI initiatives Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, HR, Technology Two years of experience in project management, financial planning, HR transformation, or digital initiatives Fluent in English Experience managing budgets and tracking project performance Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a complex HR environment Knowledge of financial budgeting, business case frameworks, and cost-benefit analysis Exposure to different HR operating models and a wide range of operational HR processes and experience in HR technology, AI implementation, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
