The successful candidate will possess: - Brand understanding: Knowledge of a brand's visual identity and representation across various digital channels. - Conceptualization & ideation: Active participation in brainstorming sessions, providing references, and delivering structured ideas, considering key objectives and context. - Design principles: Confidence in applying design principles to deliver high-quality work and demonstrate expertise. - Attention to detail: Ability to produce flawless work without needing review, anticipating scenarios others might miss, and helping the team achieve expectations. - Visual storytelling: Creation of engaging visual assets that convey a clear message, resonating with the target audience, and showcasing an advanced understanding of design principles. - Accountability: Taking responsibility not only towards project leads but also towards junior designers, contributing to the distribution of tasks and delivering autonomously. - Presentation: Effectiveness in presenting complex ideas to external audiences, conveying them clearly and persuasively. - Client relationships: Developing professional relationships in client environments, both in-person and remotely. Nice-to-have skills: - Motion design: Updating animations, creating advanced animations, including typography animation, image transitions, 2D characters, and vectorial elements.
