The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR leader with 10+ years of experience in Latin America, with a deep understanding of regional political and cultural nuances. They will be fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Portuguese, and possess a strong background in navigating regional employment law and managing complex employee relations. The role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze internal trends and workforce data to inform recommendations, increase efficiency, and measure program success. The successful candidate will also be comfortable interpreting compensation data in partnership with Total Rewards to ensure equity and competitiveness.
