Pre-Sales Consultant The role of a Pre-Sales Consultant involves presenting insurance solutions to prospective clients. This requires initiative, clear communication, and flexibility in a deadline-focused environment. Responsibilities: 1. Perform client-facing presentations and product demonstrations of insurance solutions. 2. Design and adapt each demonstration to meet specific clients' needs while communicating applicable messages based on proposed solution and sales strategy. 3. Translate insurance product requirements into business and functional requirements that can be included in demonstrations. 4. Respond to RFPs and analyze complex demonstration scenarios and Proof of Concept requests. 5. Maintain current knowledge of markets, industry trends, competition, products, and strategies. Requirements: Technical Skills: - A university degree or commensurate experience with strong autonomy and self-motivation. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in presenting client-facing demonstrations. - Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written). - Understanding of the software development cycle. - Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally. Soft Skills: - Strong sense of organization and prioritizing. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate, write, and synthesize information. - Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment. Nice to Have: - Experience within a sales team. - Experience with back-office insurance carrier or distribution policy administration systems or agent sales tools such as CRM, e-applications, or illustrations. - Experience with OIPA (Oracle Insurance Policy Administration) or Equisoft products is an asset.
