Retail Business Consultant is accountable to manage the relationship with Retails and Multisites looking for long term relationship and new business opportunities. Fully competent in the following work processes: profitable growth, network rationalization, credit exposure management, asset management (for investment and divestment), site image requirements, marketing programs, facility maintenance and compliance, supply contracts, and amortization agreements. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: - Ultimate responsibility and control of ensuring superior and consistent execution at customer level. - P&L; responsibility at the territory / zone level and down to the customer level. - Ensure all customers buying product from CVX have contract in place. - Responsible for achieving results according to business plan for his / her area. - Monitors sales and local market, analyses strengths and tactics and makes recommendations to district manager aligned with the business plan. - Implements and monitors training program to customers, to increase sales and improve customer service standards / satisfaction. - Verifies the operation standards and ensures equipment and facilities are maintained in good operating conditions. - Recommend prices changes for customers. - Ensures compliance with OE & HES corporate standards and procedures in all retail outlets. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Downstream Marketing required / 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or related fields in Chevron or related sector companies. - Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional groups. - Position requires 24/7 on-call availability. - Bi-lingual (100% Spanish/80% English) required. - Domestic Travel is required, 80% of the time - Home Office and own car are required. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA - CSOC and OEMS Certification preferred; Knowledge of SAP and PMOS preferred. Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
