Role Overview As an Educational Operations Manager, you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of our foreign language trainers based all around the world. Main Responsibilities: - Manage a team of approximately 50 trainers based all around the world - Ensure consistent and high-quality lesson delivery on a mass scale - Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs - Propose and follow up on trainer performance improvements - Take the lead in team recruitment activities - Oversee HR aspects of the trainer team - Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise - Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience - Bilingual English/Spanish - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Experience in teaching is a plus - Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus - Bachelor's or College degree What We Offer: - The opportunity to work with amazing colleagues who truly care about each other and from whom you can learn and teach. - The opportunity to interact in a diverse company culture with colleagues from more than 20 countries. - The experience of joining a high growth/high traction organization, working in an international, young, and cheerful environment. - Constant training and access to learning all the languages offered within our platform.
