Job Description The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist role is a key position that focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of our Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Manage Engine, Rubrik, Zoom, GoAnywhere, and virtual machine environment. This includes system software and related infrastructure such as Active Directory. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, development, and execution of upgrades and changes to ensure minimal disruption to our systems. - Provide timely support to associates when issues arise, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime. - Perform daily system monitoring, reviewing hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes for integrity and availability, and verifying scheduled jobs completion such as backups. - Coordinate with impacted associates to communicate progress and ensure effective issue resolution. - Prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our Systems Administrator Team, ensuring seamless support delivery. Essential Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: - 6+ years of experience with Microsoft domain networks. - Experience with server hardware design and best practices. - Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Sites and Services, Microsoft 365, Zoom, VMware, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Manage Engine, Windows 10/11. - Ability to install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and desktops. - Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. About the Role This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday-Friday, with occasional variations as needed, including on-call coverage rotation. Occasional night or weekend work may be required for special projects. The role is based in an office environment, with no remote work requirements.
