We are looking for Bilingual Technical Support Representatives (English B2 level) for Bogotá, Colombia, to join the Tech support campaign at Foundever. About the Role: We're looking for tech-savvy, service-oriented individuals who are passionate about technology and providing outstanding customer experiences. As part of our team, you will be joining a global leader in digital signage solutions, offering end-to-end merchandising technologies that redefine how businesses connect with their consumers. Depending on your profile, you could support one of several specialized business lines, such as: Tech support for software/hardware issues Incident Coordinator: Triage and dispatch of technical tickets Deployment Specialist: Setup and initial configurations Content Management: Content moderation and back-office escalations Hardware Support Specialist: Quote and order processing Customer Success Specialist: Post-service satisfaction validation (internal transfers only) Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance via calls (66%), emails, and tickets (33%) Monitor and update ticket status daily Communicate resolutions clearly and professionally Demonstrate problem-solving using available tools Stay up to date on policy and product changes Display multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Successfully complete all training and quality requirements Requirements: English Level B2 or higher High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge in networks or programming Experience in technical support (required for all roles except Hardware Support) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable navigating internet and software tools Knowledge of U.S. market is a plus Must be available to work onsite for the first 3 months (hybrid model afterward depending on performance) Work Modality: Initial 3 months on-site (Urban 165 Building, Calle 165 N.45-46, Bogotá) After 3 months: Hybrid model (3 days remote – 2 days onsite), based on performance Work hours: 40–46 hours/week Deployment: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM (March) / 8:00 AM–11:00 PM (Nov) Compensation: $3,300,000 COP/month Training Schedule: 15 business days Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Culture and Professional Development: At Foundever, we celebrate diversity and inclusion.
