Manage Attendance and Attrition. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a BPO Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings. Advanced English level. (B2+ - C1) High School degree. Solid Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel Available to work on site in Bogota, Colombia.
