Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect with a strong background in both data and software architecture, continuous integration, and AI system deployment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing advanced data systems and frameworks, such as Data Mesh, to build state-of-the-art AI-enabled data products. This role is central to our mission of leveraging AI power to transform our core business operations. We are looking for someone who can work independently and in a team environment to meet project deadlines, propose holistic solutions for daily challenges, and ensure thoroughness and accuracy across all tasks. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain our company's data architecture systems. - Utilise modern frameworks to create advanced architectures, like Data Mesh and Data Fabric. - Ensure the performance, security, and availability of databases. - Collaborate with AI specialists to build AI-enabled data products. - Develop strategies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality. - Implement continuous integration and AI system deployment. - Work cross-functionally to determine database development methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree (preferred). - Proven experience as a Data Architect, Software Architect, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of data and software architecture, continuous integration, and AI system deployment. - Experience with advanced data architectures like Data Mesh and Data Fabric. - Proficient in data visualisation tools and database design. - Extensive experience with Data Engineering and AI infrastructure. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information. - Knowledge of data lakes design. - Knowledge of data governance. - English proficiency (+B1). Tools: - Streaming tools like Apache Kafka or similars. - Experience with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, graph-oriented databases, Cosmos DB for Apache Gremlin). - Python knowledge.
