Shipment Tracking and Updates: - Monitor and track the progress of shipments, providing timely updates to customers and stakeholders on shipment status, and proactively addressing any delays or issues. Carrier Communication and Coordination: - Work closely with carriers and transportation partners to schedule pickups and deliveries, confirming alignment with timelines and service standards. Documentation Management: - Prepare and manage shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Customer Service and Support: - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to shipment status, delivery timelines, and potential issues. Problem Solving: - Identify and resolve challenges that arise during shipment, whether related to scheduling, route optimization, or cargo handling. Compliance Adherence: - Ensure all LTL shipments comply with federal and state regulations, including proper documentation for all cargo types. Data Entry and Systems Management: - Utilize logistics software and systems to input shipment data, maintain records, and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of **2+ years of U.S. logistics experience**, with a specific focus on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. - Strong preference for TMS called 3PL Systems.
