As a Collections Specialist, you'll be tasked with managing and supporting selected debtors in realigning with their payment obligations. This role will be responsible for initiating and maintaining positive communication with clients to facilitate timely recoveries while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. As a key member of the financial operations team, the job duties will go beyond traditional asset recovery-helping client relationships and reinforcing our brand’s reputation for integrity and support with empathy and persistence. Must possess a strong grasp of collections processed within a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities - Follow the scope of work outlined by the company. - Initiate and manage client communications. - Negotiate and establish payment agreements with clients within company guidelines. - Follow collection policies and procedures established by the company. - Maintain accurate and detailed records. - Handle queries and resolve customer issues effectively. - Update account information in our systems regarding customer information. - Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes. - Meet monthly objectives regarding the metrics scope. - Maintain the confidentiality of client information. - Provide high-quality customer service during interactions. What We're Looking For - Upper-Intermediate English level (B2 onwards). - Attention to detail. - Excellent attitude and ambition to achieve good commissions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Nice to Have - Previous experience in debt collections. - Experience in customer service, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services. Why Join Us?
