Product Owner We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Agile methodologies and be able to effectively translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Responsibilities: - Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories - Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives - Ensure that development tickets are completed and that the team meets sprint goals on time and with quality - Organize and facilitate team meetings to maintain alignment and momentum - Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the delivered product meets user needs and expectations - Monitor and report on key product metrics and feedback loops Requirements The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: - 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role - Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) - Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and prioritization techniques - Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria Nice to Have The following skills and qualifications are nice to have but not necessary: - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps - Background in software development or UX/UI - Familiarity with data analysis or basic technical concepts
